Frozen Cherry Vanilla Cola garnished with lime and cherry

An icy, fizzy slushie that combines rich cherry sweetness, smooth vanilla, and classic cola flavor—totally alcohol-free and full of nostalgic soda-shop vibes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups frozen cherries (pitted)
  • 1½ cups cola (chilled)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons cherry juice or syrup (optional)
  • 1½ cups ice (crushed or cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener (optional)
  • Fresh cherries and mint sprigs (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your blender—make sure it’s clean and ready for frozen fruit and ice.
  2. Add 1½ cups frozen cherries to the blender (no need to thaw).
  3. Pour in 1½ cups chilled cola slowly to manage fizz.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla extract and 1–2 tablespoons cherry juice or syrup, if using.
  5. Toss in 1½ cups ice and 1–2 tablespoons sweetener, if desired.
  6. Blend on low, then high, until smooth and slushy.
  7. Taste and adjust—add more cola or a squeeze of lemon if needed.
  8. Pour into tall glasses, garnish with cherries and mint, and serve immediately!

Notes

Use diet or zero-sugar cola and skip sweetener for a sugar-free version. For extra depth, use cherry cola as the base or add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for float-style vibes. Perfect for movie nights, cookouts, or a fun brunch mocktail.
